Requests for specific room
placement is considered, but not
guaranteed.
Deposit
Policies
A deposit of $50 per person is due
upon booking your
reservation. On January 15th, a second
deposit $100 per person is automatically charged to the credit card on file. On May 1st, the
remaining balance is
automatically charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellation
Policies
January 15th
is the last day to cancel and
receive a full refund. Cancellations made between January 15th and May 1st are
subject to a $100 cancellation fee per room.
Cancellations made between May 1st and 30 days before arrival
receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made within
30 days of arrival receive no refund, but your money can
be credited toward a future family camp stay.
There
is no prorating or refunds for partial days or meals missed.

If you have a reservation for 2013 Family Camp AND you
refer a new family (or a family who has not attended
family camp in three or more years,) you and the new
family will EACH receive a credit of $200 toward your reservation when you book
your six-night Family Camp stay.
